I will provide you with workouts designed for your needs and personal goals inside of my training app Training with Wetsu Athletics, will help build a confident, stronger and more disciplined you.

Virtual Training
Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! I will make sure your body and mind find the right balance.
**I will walk you through the entire training session. 30-45mins session
Virtual: Appointment scheduled inside training app.

Virtual Group Training
- I will coach you through the entire session. The workouts are done inside my training app. This can be done from home if you have equipment or at your local gym.
-Workouts are 3x a week MWF @ 8am. Appointments link will be located inside the training app and appointment reminders sent to your email. 30-45mins session.
-You bring your body… I’ll bring the energy!
